Refund Policy

Event Cancellation / Rescheduling:
 

- If the event is canceled by the promoter due to unforeseen circumstances , management reserves the right to 

a) Issue a refund

b) Provide event credit

c) Transfer registration to a future event​​​

- ON-X Naturals Kings & Queens of Bodybuilding shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues, acts of GOD, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
